True, “White Glove” on Every Order over $1500
While many online retailers “White Glove” shipping is just dropping the furniture on your curb or in your driveway, we feel the need to actually deliver with a true, “White Glove” service, as well as a “Deluxing” service. Our service consists of the following process:
1. Your item(s) will be transported to a local delivery agent via our line-haul carrier.
2. The local delivery agent will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday and are scheduled as a 2-3 hour window.
3. Prior to delivery, the local delivery agent will “Deluxe” your furniture. This deluxing process is a preparatory inspection to ease the delivery to your residence. This includes a rundown of all the parts necessary for assembly, light cleaning and touch-up, tightening of handles, and other services. This inspection ensures that no damage has happened during transit and will identify any manufacture defects that need to be addressed by us.
4. Upon delivery to the room of your choice, you will have time to inspect the furniture. You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt, so please not any damages on this notice.
Please inspect the merchandise thoroughly before the deliver agent departs. The delivery company will also take great care at all times while on your property, and will leave no debris or packaging materials behind.
Please note, this service is available in most areas within the Continental US and is not available to residents in HI, AK, Puerto Rico, or Canada. See below for areas that are not able to receive this service. If you are located outside of these delivery areas, you will be notified by email or phone call that additional charges may be necessary to complete your order.
Will You Assemble My Furniture?
While we do provide Free White Glove delivery, light assembly is something that is available. Since our delivery agents bill us extra for this service, we pass the cost directly on to you. If you would prefer to have your furniture put together before it arrives, you can opt for that service as you checkout. Because of the time required for different pieces, the additional fee required for setup will be calculated at the time of checkout. Please contact us if there are any questions about this service.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Each product sold by QualityBedroomSets has a varying delivery time based upon many different factors. We source product from most of the country’s top furniture manufacturers and work with the best delivery companies. Most manufacturers stock products that can be shipped out the same day or within 72 hours of receipt of order, while other manufacturers produce product after an order is received from QualityBedroomSets. For those made to order collections, delivery can take 8 weeks or longer and will be noted in the product descriptions and details. For Small Parcel shipments, delivery usually takes between 1 and 6 business days (except for USPS which ships in 1-10 business days) after your order is picked up from the warehouse. You should remember that the estimated time frame still applies before the item ships out. Be sure to call us if you have any questions or concerns. For “White Glove with Deluxing” shipments, delivery can take up to 4 weeks from the time the items leave the warehouse. In many cases your order will travel across the country. We rely on a professional shipping company that specializes in the delivery of furniture. Your product is handled and inspected before delivery to ensure delivery in the best condition. The delivery company will make contact with you via email to schedule an appointment for delivery.
Attempted Deliveries and Re-Deliveries
Deliveries scheduled and confirmed with receiving party that are loaded and attempted, but not completed due to a customer not being available within originally scheduled timeframe will be charged as complete delivery. Deliveries refused due to no fault of Logistics Services Provider will be charged as complete delivery. Re-Deliveries will then be subject to a recharge of 100% of the original freight cost per shipment.

Small parcel delivery services will be quick and efficient. The delivery time should be within 7 to 10 business days.
Adult signatures will not be required at time of delivery but is preferred. If you desire to have the package left without a signature please leave a note on your door that includes your name and tracking number indicating to the driver to leave the package on your door step.
